The submarine cable and the transformation of electrical energy equipment for power
transmission are necessary for wave activated power generation. The power generation
ability of the power generation farm on the condition of wave height 1.5m is 57717kW. It
corresponds to about 18 power generation farms when the power generation ability of one
nuclear plant is assumed to be 1,000,000kW.
The unit price of the submarine cable is said to be 100,000,000 yen/km. When the power
generation farm is set up in 10km from land, the cost of the submarine cable is
1,000,000,000 yen. Because sales of one power generation farm are 13,000,000,000 yen a
year, the cost of the submarine cable is very little. Additionally, the submarine cable and
the transformation of electrical energy equipment can be shared. If this cost is shared in
18 power generation farms, the cost of the submarine cable and the transformation of
electrical energy equipment does not become a problem at all.
Equipment need not be abandoned in of course 15 years. There is no fuel expense in the
wave activated power generation. The wave activated power generation puts out neither a
carbon dioxide nor nuclear waste. Therefore, after 15 years, 13,000,000,000 yen is the
complete profit. If it is a power generation farm of 1,000,000kW class, the profits are 18
times.

電では、確かに１０億円ほどの費用がかかります。しかし、７５０ｍ×１５００ｍの海上面積で
発電量は、５万７０００ｋＷ。年間売上は１３０億円です。海底ケーブルの１０億円など、痛く
も痒くもありません。電気料金が２倍になるなど、まったくの「イイガカリ」に過ぎません。
３．しかも海底ケーブルは共有化ができます。原子力発電は１００万ｋＷですが、これは発電ファ
ームの１８個に相当します。広い太平洋に７５０ｍ×１５００ｍを１８個取るなど、豆粒みたい
なものです。
４．それに、１０億円を発電ファームの１８で割れば、１億円以下になってしまいます。「波力発
電で電気料金が２倍になる」など、全く根拠がありません。
５．波力発電の設備材料は（当たり前ですが）１５年以上の耐久性があります。電気料金を据え置
いても、原発分の１００万ｋＷを販売すれば、１３０億円の１８倍の利益となります。
